Indie supergroup Boygenius recently unveiled a new signature Gretsch guitar, “Broadkaster Jr.”
“This guitar is specially designed for beginners and seasoned pros alike ensuring that players of all backgrounds have the opportunity to harness boygenius’ unique sonic palette to help navigate their own musical journey,” reads a press release about the limited-edition guitar, which is said to have been created with an “emphasis on accessibility.”
The guitar has Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, and Lucy Dacus‘ signatures engraved on its custom metal head badge and the boygenius logo on the back of the headstock.
The guitar, with custom fingerboard inlays, is also decorated with references to boygenius’ lyrics and the members’ matching tattoos.
A vintage-style Trapeze Tailpiece and binding around the body, neck, and f-holes give a refined look to the limited edition product.
