The idea is that the earbuds — which are kind of like high-tech hearing aids — can be used to modify the sounds in your physical environment. This can mean raising the bass, adjusting reverb or creating other sonic experiences. Basically allowing you create your own mix of the live music you are seeing.
Coachella attendees will be the first people to have the opportunity to purchase Here and use it at the festival. Attendees will get an email with a purchase offer before Coachella begins and will receive Here in advance to get used to the setup.

In a post to David Bowie’s official Facebook page and confirmed by his son, Duncan Jones, the legendary musician died Sunday at the age of 69 after an 18-month battle with cancer.
The statement reads, “David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer. While many of you will share in this loss, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy during their time of grief.”
Bowie was the essence of alternative. His influence on modern music is immeasurable. He took chances no one would take. The only hope that could come from the end of his life would be to re-inspire more artists to take chances beyond what might be considered normal.

David Sudler, 58, is the guy behind the igloo on Wacker Drive,Sudler, who lives in a nearby high-rise, used ice he cleared from the streets, sidewalks and intersections—where people could slip and fall—to build the igloo. In addition to helping out pedestrians, he said he also wanted to draw attention to the surrounding buildings and businesses that fail to clear the ice for pedestrians.
“I didn’t want people falling. I started chopping the ice up and decided to cut it into squares and rectangles. I’d move it at night when there was less traffic and it was safer,” Sudler said. “I sort of felt like an elf.”

The Coachella lineup has been announced. It appears to be another stellar year of musical perfection!! A GUN N’ ROSES reunion might be enough for some but dig deeper through the familiar to find gems yet to be fully discovered. Electronic Playground fans must see RUFUS DU SOL, ZHU and one of my all time favorite DJ’s Justin Martin!!
We know The Arcs, The 1975, SSPU, Joywave, CHVRCHES & Halsey to name a few, but there are so many more to fall in love with on this lineup. Dead Ships, Alvvays, Soul Clap and Tei Shi should be added to your list of must sees this year.
Many others you may have enjoyed at #TNWSC and many more you may be able to see at Lolla. (??) We’ll have to wait to find out…
Plus another very notable reunion is LCD SOUNDSYSTEM!! There have been rumors about a possible tour in 2016. What better place for their re-connection than Coachella.

In a statement posted to Facebook, Motörhead wrote, “There is no easy way to say this… our mighty, noble friend Lemmy passed away after a short battle with an extremely aggressive cancer. He had learnt of the disease on December 26th, and was at home, sitting in front of his favorite video game from the Rainbow which had recently made it’s way down the street, with his family. We cannot begin to express our shock and sadness, there aren’t words. We will say more in the coming days, but for now, please… play Motörhead loud.”
