The Bears didn’t even play on Sunday and they still took an L.

After an offseason that was filled with hope and promise, the Bears have now been eliminated from playoff contention. This marks yet another season that the Bears have failed to advance to the postseason. The last time the Bears made the playoffs was in 2020, and the last time they won a playoff game was in 2010.

The Bears will play the Minnesota Vikings tonight in Monday Night Football.

Yikes, the Bears did not look good

Okay, maybe Thomas Brown is not the guy.

The Bears were blown out 38-13 yesterday against the 49ers with Thomas Brown at the helm. The offensive coordinator-turned-interim head coach struggled out of the gate as the Bears let the 49ers rack up points in the first half before the Bears were able to find their footing. The second half, while less of a slaughter than the first, did not go much better.

The Bears play the Vikings next Monday night.

10th Annual War on XMas with The Lawrence Arms at Metro (Friday, Saturday) 

Iconic Chicago punk band The Lawrence Arms are back for their annual Christmas shows at the Metro. Two-day passes for this event are still available.

The Joffrey Ballet’s The Nutcracker (Friday-Sunday)

Witness the iconic Christmas show, The Nutcracker, presented by the Joffrey Ballet. The show opens this Friday at 7pm at the Lyric Opera House and will run until December 28th. Tickets are available here.
