25,000 Feet. No Parachute. No Problem.

Skydiver

This guy is NUTS, but awesome! Maybe a little lucky, too. Skydiver, Luke Aikins jumped out of a plane at 25,000 feet without a parachute and managed to safely hit the net that was stretched out for him.

Jack White Plays Record in Space

JW

Jack White is responsible for the first record to ever be played in space. A pretty impressive achievement, especially for someone who is all about analog. They used a high altitude balloon to launch the the turntable that played a 2010 version of Carl Sagan’s “A Glorious Dawn.” UPROXX has more on what went down HERE.
