After announcing three upcoming comedy specials from Dave Chappelle in November, Netflix has shared a teaser for two of the comedy programs. Two of the Dave Chappelle specials, the comedian’s first since 2004’s For What It’s Worth, will hit the streaming platform on March 21. “Two specials. One event. A new photo is going around that shows a bowl of strawberries and it asks a simple question: Are they red?

Big Star’s bacon-wrapped Sonoran hot dog is coming back

Anyone who has been hanging out on the Big Star patio for a few years may remember the Sonoran hot dog, which quickly became a favorite on the menu but was removed for a few years. Now, it’s back, but just for a day.
In case you’ve forgotten, the Sonoran hot dog is a Vienna Beef dog wrapped in bacon and topped with pinto beans, lime mayo, mustard, serrano sauce, tomato and onions on a bolillo roll. It’s big, positively covered in sauce and an absolute must-get for just $7 (but be prepared to wait for this one). You can only get it next Tuesday, March 7 from 11:30am–dinner service, as long as supplies last. (MORE HERE)

Johnny Oduya returns to the Blackhawks!
Winning a Stanley Cup in the NHL is a great and wonderful time as we’ve been able to experience with the Chicago Blackhawks most recently in 2015, but part of the the fallout from that is star players exit the team under salary cap pressure and the lure of other teams, it’s just natural. Defensive juggernaut Johnny Oduya was one of the stars to leave the Hawks in 2015, heading to the Dallas Stars but today general manager Stan Bowman made the moves to get the Swedish pro back in red and black. Bowman traded for Oduya with minor league forward Mark McNeill and a conditional fourth-round pick in the 2018 NHL Draft.
Oduya is being looked at as an addition to kill penalties for the Hawks, which has been a weak point at various points in this season. The Blackhawks are still one of the hottest teams in the NHL, and gearing up for another run at Lord Stanley’s Cup. Plus the Hawks did not really lose much comparably to get Oduya back on the roster, so it’s a masterful move by Bowman and the Hawks.

Emma Watson will no longer takes selfies with her fans. Her reasoning? It’s a matter of safety and privacy. “For me, it’s the difference between being able to have a life and not. If someone takes a photograph of me and posts it, within two seconds they’ve created a marker of exactly where I am within 10 meters. They can see what I’m wearing and who I’m with. Google Announces ‘YouTube TV’—40 Channels for $35

GOOGLE JUST JOINED the “skinny bundle” TV war with YouTube TV, a paid subscription service that streams a slew of premium broadcast and cable networks to your mobile device, tablet, computer, and anything with Chromecast.
Just $35 a month gets you six accounts and access to live TV from more than 40 providers including the big broadcast networks, ESPN, regional sports networks and dozens of popular cable networks. Subscriptions include cloud DVR with unlimited storage, AI-powered search and personalization, and access to YouTube Red programming. YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki calls it the evolution of television, and a bid to “give the younger generation the content that they love with the flexibility they expect.” (MORE HERE)
The channel options seem pretty cool. However, I already have SLING TV, HULU, NETFLIX as well as really fast internet that comes with a basic cable package that includes HBO and SHOWTIME. I can watch them all on my phone, laptop or TV. Lots of cool features on YouTube TV though. I might try it out for a month.
