Cosmopolitan put out a list of the most haunted spots in each state and Bachelor’s Grove in Chicago topped the list in Chicago! Is this true?! We want to hit up the most haunted spot in Chicago before Halloween.

Portugal. The Man have unveiled a new stripped back live video for their breakthrough track ‘Feel It Still’. Bassist Zach Carothers talks about the track’s origin, lyrics and meaning.
Recorded on a rooftop in London, the new rendition strips the track down to its bare essentials to allow the true class of the songwriting to really shine. To date, the song has been streamed over 90 million times. (MORE HERE)

A 44-year-old female truck driver was hauling a load of PUMPKINS on Interstate 75 near Tampa, Florida on Friday when she hit the guard rail . . . and the truck caught on fire. Then it EXPLODED . . . and flaming pumpkins flew everywhere.

Dwayne Wade is done with the Chicago Bulls
Tonight ESPN is reporting that Dwayne Wade and the Chicago Bulls have agreed to a buy-out on his contract. Wade will compete in his 15th NBA season coming up , after averaging 18.3 points, 3.8 assists and 4.5 rebounds last year in his first season with his hometown team, the Bulls. Wade prior to his NBA career which saw him win championships with the Miami Heat, attended Richards High School in Oak Lawn, IL and he had a standout performance for Marquette University during the 2003 NCAA Tournament.
It is believed that Miami, Cleveland, and San Antonio are possible suitors for Wade. It has been widely reported that both Wade and the Bulls agreed to the buyout. The rumors around Wade’s Bulls exit and where he could end up next have been running since August. Many basketball insiders expected this move after fellow Bulls star Jimmy Butler was traded since the Bulls finished their season.
TMZ Sports caught up Wade who addressed the speculation in late August in this video.

Watch Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong play ‘Ordinary World’ on ‘Tonight Show’
Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong warmed up for today’s Global Citizen Festival in New York with a solo acoustic of the ballad ‘Ordinary World’ on Friday’s episode of ‘Tonight Show’. The song which was originally recorded for Armstrong’s independent movie of the same name but was re purposed to close out the band’s ‘Revolution Radio’ album. “After all of the chaos that’s on the album, whether it’s pop culture or whatever new apps we’re using, everything gets so complicated. At some point you want something simple. That’s sort of what ‘Ordinary World’ is about,” said Armstrong in an interview with Rolling Stone.

Watch Luke Wilson’s must-see impression of Millennials at the airport
Appearing on ‘CONAN’ this week, actor Luke Wilson made a pretty hilarious observation on the Millennial generation and their lounging habits at an airport. “They’re just sprawled out to where it looks like a Civil War battlefield,” the star of ‘Old School’ said. Conan O’Brien seemd to agree referring to Millennials when their comfortable as “gelatinous” but whole segment goes over the top when Wilson lays on his back and pantomimes a text with an invisible phone. He also quipped about their unique ability to find an outlet to charge a phone in almost any situation.
Meanwhile Conan continued to break new ground with another international special this week from Israel, where joked in the streets of Tel Aviv and of course sang with an Elvis impersonator on a beach to middle aged men in speedos.

James Iha Plays Guitar On Two Of Billy Corgan’s New Songs

Last year, the former Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha rejoined his old band onstage in Los Angeles. It was his first time playing with Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan in 16 years, and since the two didn’t exactly have the best split, it was a nice surprise. It also led to all sorts of speculation that we’d be getting a classic-lineup Smashing Pumpkins reunion. While that hasn’t yet happened, Iha and Corgan are, it turns out, working together. Corgan says that Iha plays guitar on two of his new songs. It’s their first time recording together since the Smashing Pumpkins’ 2000 album Machina II/The Friends & Enemies of Modern Music. How Chicago comedy prepared Jordan Klepper for Comedy Central

Thanks in large part to Jordan Klepper, from 2005 to 2007 Chicago comedy connoisseurs had their Saturday-night plans locked down. They’d go to a party or check out an art show, then hurry over to the iO Theater, then located in Wrigleyville, just in time for the midnight performance of The Late Night Late Show. The weekly talk show featured local improv luminaries in character, guests such as Hoop Dreams director Steve James, and a lot of unabashed absurdity in the service of meticulously crafted conceits, such as an evening in which the show was hijacked by Russians.
Its host was the magnetic, deadpan, unflappable Klepper, whose new Monday-through-Thursday program The Opposition With Jordan Klepper debuts on Comedy Central on September 25. Occupying the time slot following The Daily Show, on which Klepper was a correspondent for the past three years (MORE HERE)

Earlier this year, Stone Temple Pilots announced a massive reissue box set for their debut album Core.
In addition to a remastered album, it comes with lots of goodies including unreleased demos and live recordings, One of those unreleased tracks is “Only Dying,” a demo originally intended to be on the 1994 soundtrack for The Crow but was scratched after Brandon Lee (son of Bruce Lee) was killed on the movie set.
I love this song but could do without the creepy clown music around the 3:40 mark…
And I wonder if the reissue will have lyrics as to what Scott is whispering around the 3:48 mark…
The Core reissue is due out September 29.

He’s a legend. An icon. At one time he could do know wrong. He was beloved. Then a sex scandal + audio tapes surfaced of him using racial slurs and most of us were like, NOPE!! Hulk Hogan was close to ending his life, but decided not to. He believes he can be a better person. Honestly I don’t know if his heart has changed but this show looks interesting enough to check out.
