Fun fact: did you know Rise Against is the reason Riot Fest moved outside? If that comes up on Jeopardy, you are welcome. <3 Lauren

Bryson Jenkins of Volo does not speak, but everyone in attendance at his youth football game last week didn’t need words to know how excited he was.
The seven-year-old suffered a stroke at birth, causing him to have cerebral palsy. That hasn’t stopped Jenkins from fighting the good fight.
This is a truly heartwarming video. We salute those involved, and we salute Jenkins for continuing to fight.
Little radio tip from Brian, Ali, and Justin… Always assume the mic is on!!!
For the fifth consecutive year, combined cases of gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis have risen in the United States. There were almost 2.4 million infections that were diagnosed in 2018 alone.
Folks, it’s time we wrap it up. Take care of who you’re doing it with and what you’re doing it with. Be safe, be smart, and get tested.
There’s no need to be unsafe when we have so much information and so many alternatives out there.
The KQX Morning Crew urges you to have safe, smart sex.
Over the past few months, we have learned a lot about Case The Intern. The thing that stands out most about him is his lack of a girlfriend. Let’s fix this!
It’s time for a Tinder Takeover! We have taken over Case’s Tinder and treated it like an HGTV show, we remodeled everything!
Our goal is to find someone who likes Case for the weirdo that he truly is. Someone who will look past the foam in the corners of his mouth and someone who will not take advantage of him being such a sweetheart.
Check out Case’s profile here, and make sure to swipe right on Tinder!
It’s one of the most beloved comedies on TV. And fans are pumped for more demented multi-dimensional dysfunction with Rick & Morty with the delightfully wild, violent, and hilarious trailer for Season 4. The trailer has been up less than a week, but has already gathered nearly 7 million views, holding the number 2 trending video spot on all of YouTube. Yeah! Take that over-hyped makeup tutorials and fake prank videos that kids in middle school think are real! The thumping head-bobbing soundtrack has been provided by French eletro bad dudes Justice with anxious dance anthem ‘Stress’. Stream that song here.
Adult Swim kicks off the new season on November 10th.
WatchMojo broke down the trailer with easter eggs and how they connect to the ongoing stories of the show.
Even more R&M as they bang it out in a violent lazer-blasting adventure to a banger beat from Run the Jewels. Listen and put on headphones so your Mom does not get mad.

Since fall has just started, and the cold dark days of winter are looming over our shoulders, it’s time to prepare our bodies and minds to deal with the gross seasonal changes.
Seasonal Affective Disorder, hilariously referred to as SAD, also referred to as Seasonal Depression happens when the weather turns from warm and cozy to cold and dark.
But here are a few tips on how to get through this upcoming SAD season!
Grab some blackout curtains: Why let the outside influence you’re mood? With these curtains, you can block out the constant reminder of grossness outside.
Start a light therapy regimen: This sounds silly, but a lack of sunlight really can affect your mood. To counteract this, try using a 10,000-Lux lightbox for 20-30 min a day.
Go outside when it’s nice out: again, this is a sunlight thing, but it will really help bring up your mood!
Exercise and eat clean: getting a little exercise and eating healthy will always make you feel better
Book a trip: The weather is terrible here, so get out! Go somewhere warm, refresh your batteries!

An Oklahoma woman was hospitalized after she was accidentally shot – by a puppy. 44-year-old Tina Springer was riding in a car with a yellow Labrador named Molly when Molly got spooked by a passing train and jumped onto the center console. Molly’s jump set off a handgun the driver kept in the console, shooting Springer in the thigh. Investigators say they do not suspect foul play and warn motorists to keep guns “in a secure location” when being transported.
