Remember when our biggest problem in Chicago was an alligator swimming around in a pond?
Those were the good old days…
Shout out to Frank “Alligator” Rob for coming up and trapping Chance the Snapper safely.
I miss you Frank, come back.

What a weird animal.
You have to listen to Bill Nye, that’s why they make you watch him in middle school!
Now take his words of advice, and wear your mask!
Keep yourself and others healthy, especially Bill Nye. He’s an angel.
Wear your mask!!
Don’t disrespect 50 cent’s girl or a flying table might be coming your way.
That is unfortunately what happened at a New Jersey restaurant recently.
You have to appreciate that after all these years 50 Cent still keeps it real!
This would be gross even if there wasn’t a global pandemic
At least he pays close attention to detail.
But seriously, disgusting!!
Although unemployment numbers seem to be lowering, the number of new claims are still staggering.
Check out the numbers.
Hopefully we’ll all be able to get back to work soon!
This might be an interesting thing to see outside your window!
A hot air balloon had to make an emergency landing in Lake in the Hills after on of its passengers passed out on board.
How do they even steer these balloons? Let alone emergency land them!
At least Lake in the Hills residents have something to talk about for awhile…
After a bad flood, this woman was swept away almost an entire mile in the sewers!
Now that’s Jersey baby!
Maybe she saw the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles down there!
Seriously though, glad she is ok!
You need to check out these backyard wrestlers, they’re amazing!
How’d they even learn to do this!?!
WWE,AEW, Anyone! Get these men a contract!
What a catch! God Bless The Baby!
That was a big baby too! Extra points!
People might think this bird is amazing, I just think bird people are weird.
Really hurts my heart that this parrot learned more in college than I did.
This is how the new generation hand gestures to signal a phone.
Technology! Innovation! SCARY!
I bet none of these kids even remember having a landline in their house! That’s crazy!
Remember the body slamming CTA driver? He is being charged for being a real friend I guess.
What a shame. He had such great form too…
Maybe he has a future in the pro wrestling world though!
Free my man the bus driver 2020!!!

COVID-19 may have ruined the My Chemical Romance reunion tour, but it hasn’t stopped Gerard Way from dropping some new music. His new song is called Here Comes the End, and it came out today in celebration of the new Umbrella Academy Season 2 trailer, also out now. Gerard explains of the song “I was originally inspired to write this track when series one of Umbrella Academywas being shot, by the time I finished it 2020 was in full swing, the world had taken a profound turn and the song was finished in a surreal new reality.” Understatement of the century! Check out the song AND the new UA trailer below and let us know what you think.
Those days of standing in line with a wad of tickets in your hand, sweaty and annoyed by the crush of human traffic around you, just to get a breaded steak sandwich and Rainbow Cone, are on hold for now. Today sees the launch of “Taste of Chicago To-Go,” a virtual expression of the annual Taste of Chicago festival in Grant Park.
The “virtual” event includes a Dining Guide, listing featured items at participating restaurants. Each restaurant listing indicates how one can pick up their food (curbside, carry-out, delivery) and listings are broken down by category (Desserts, Classic Chicago, Ethnic and Neighborhood). “Taste To-Go” also features daily online programming, including cooking demonstrations from Tzuco, Luella’s Southern Kitchen and Monteverde. Revered Chicago musician Jon Langford is one of the acts performing in “Millennium Park at Home” Thursday night.
Welcome to the new normal. Eating goat tacos in Grant Park will have to wait for now.
A plane had to divert its flight and emergency land at JFK international airport after some hail caused the nose of the plane to cave in.
If you’re already scared of flying… don’t watch this.
How can hail do that! How is that even possible!
There is a new bill in Chicago that will help eligible candidates to pay their water bill.
Water is a necessity, and it is understandable especially in these times if one is to miss paying a utility bill.
The problem with missing a bill payment is all of the late fees that start to stack up which makes it even harder to get ahead of the problem and keep the water running.
This new bill will help people keep their water up and running.
To see if you are an eligible candidate, check out this link here.
The US may be considering a ban on the popular video sharing app Tik Tok after news came out of China regarding user data sharing to the Chinese government.
Get your dances out now kiddos, because Tik Tok might be on its way out of town!
TUSHY, a bidet company, is offering one lucky person $10K to use their product as a toilet paper executive.
All you have to do is use the product and report your experience on social media.
The gig comes with the executive title of VP of Fecal Matter.
Not bad for the resume if you ask me…
All you have to do to be considered for the job is send in an audition video like the one above.
Good luck beating that though!
