Death Cab for Cutie’s Ben Gibbard is a proud son of Seattle and loves his hometown Mariners. So it was touching to hear the swooning voice do a spruced-up cover of the feel-good John Fogerty baseball anthem ‘Centerfield’Β with some added references to Mariner greats likeΒ Ichiro Suzuki.Β Gibbard performed the solo acoustic cover on the field at T-Mobile Park with a great video showing kids practicing at home.
Gibbard has been able to produce some very touching moments lately with his at-home live streams during our current pandemic. He crafted a song for our stressed-out times right now with ‘Life in Quarantine’.
While you are here, enjoy the gift of Gibbard and company you should watch our Lounge session with DCFC from a few years back.
They’re zany to the max, and they are coming back to your screens.

This paralyzed gamer won’t let anything get in the way of destroying people online.
This is amazing!
Never play rock paper scissors with this guy!
Based on his guessing skills in presidential elections… he’s gonna beat you.
He has a very interesting strategy, you have to give him that.
I love when people explore abandoned places.
It’s like a time portal.
This theatre for instance brings you right back to the ’90s
Oh the nostalgia!
If you love baseball then you know who Nick Swisher is.
That being said, former White Sox managerΒ Ozzie GuillΓ©n has some not so found memories of Swisher’s time with the Sox.
Yeah so @OzzieGuillen really didn’t hold back when discussing Nick Swisher pic.twitter.com/KJyvwJTWOM

Absolutely zero love in that relationship
When you find out your son is going to be a pro sports player, this should be the reaction you have.
By the way, check out Australian football highlights. They’re electric!
I don’t know what to say…
This is hilarious, amazing and creepy.
Well, mostly creepy.
Oliver Tree is a consistent weirdo who enjoys doing ridiculous things, but this one may get the alternative artist into trouble with the Clique,
Tree has an issue with being compared to alternative headliners Twenty One Pilots. Tree in a recent unhinged interview with H3H3, seemingly shared that he has had enough of it. He also noted that Tyler Joseph followed him on Soundcloud years ago, and alluded it may be the other way around. It’s unclear whether or not this is just another subversive bit of fun from Tree or he’s legitimately going to take legal action against Tyler Joseph and Josh Dunn which he also teased. On the surface, this looks to be an enjoyable piece of comedy from Tree who knows how to stir the pot.
This same Rockfeed video covers Paramore’s Hayley Williams has been rocking stages around the world since 2004, and injuries happen as revealed in a recent post online that her neck has been damaged from all that headbanging. We are getting a ‘Ren & Stimpy’ reboot, too! Give a subscribe to Rockfeed, they make good stuff!
Check out our Lounge session with Oliver Tree where you get a tase of his larger-than-life personality.
Seeing a movie right now in a movie theater does not seem like the thing that a lot of people are eager to do right now with the current pandemic, but there are still some anticipated blockbuster films like Disney’s live-action adaption of ‘Mulan’. In April, the film’s release date for theaters was July 24th, so what’s next for this film?
Like everything else in entertainment in 2020, it’s release was delayed but now it seems the movie will still be released theaters and at-home on-demand in a new feature through the Disney+ streaming service on September 4th. So if you already have the service, you will get to rent the movie at home for $29,99. In the video above, Beyond the Trailer breaks down all the business maneuvering here and why it’s a massive shake-up for Hollywood.
Here is a look back at the classic animated film from Chris Stuckman.
With the pandemic continuing on, more and more parents are leaning towards an at home approach to schooling.
This upcoming Fall should be quite interesting.
It’s hard not to listen to whatever Morgan Freeman tells you to do.
His voice is just too dang good!
And Freeman wants you to support local restaurants!
Thank you @Morgan_Freeman and @AndrewZimmern for helping to spread the word about my #RESTAURANTSAct.
Time is running out to save our independent restaurants. We need to act NOW! #SaveRestaurants. pic.twitter.com/XXDqrCc1uX

I mean he said it, guess we have to do it now!
That’s the law right??
How is it that some dumb internet kid keeps on landing in the news?
Jake Paul, a YouTube creator, was recently in the headlines for his involvement in the looting of a closed mall during a protest.
He claims he had no involvement with the vandalizing and looting rather, he was just getting footage of the event.
And now the FBI is raiding his home.
Why is this not surprising?
We all have bad days at work.
This lady was unfortunately having one of those days.
Whoops!
Is this real?
Are my eyes fooling me right now!?!?!
I think fairies might actually exist!
If you got arrested while drunk, there is a good chance you were drinking whiskey. It’s science!
Seriously, there are studies over what people do based on what they were drinking that night.
It’s super interesting!
Check out all the things people do when they drink here!
The legendary Doris Burke wasn’t holding anything back with this zinger that she dropped during an NBA game inside the bubble.
Where was the foul call on that one ref!
Funerals can get emotional, but this biker funeral just got out of hand!
