Massive thanks to everyone who packed The Salt Shed for Djo w/ Post Animal on 7/31/25! You danced, you screamed, you probably lost your voice (we know we did). The vibes were immaculate, the fits were elite, and the air smelled faintly of nostalgia and patchouli.
Whether you came for the music, the mustaches, or just to say you were thereâwe see you, and we love you.

Dave Navarro, Eric Avery and Stephen Perkins filed a lawsuit this week against Farrell, citing the onstage altercation between Navarro and Farrell in 2024 that resulted in the cancellation of their reunion tour and the final dissolution of the long-running band. The band members are seeking at least $10 million, claiming that they lost that amount due to the tourâs cancellation and suspension of all band activities.
Perry Farrell has responded to the lawsuit from his ex-bandmates in Jane's Addiction with one of his own. He accuses Dave Navarro, Stephen Perkins, and Eric Avery of assault and battery, bullying and harassment, and breach of contract â https://t.co/EYP9fKbTLhpic.twitter.com/zt7uAszCQu

For the second time in three years, Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman will be sidelined from the band’s activities for an extended period of time.
In 2023, the guitarist took time away from the band to focus on his mental health before returning that summer. A physical injury has taken its toll on Trohman this time around. In a statement released on the band’s Instagram yesterday, Trohman said:
Hey everyone,
After years of managing ongoing issues with my righthand, it’s become clear that I need surgery to avoid permanent damage. Unfortunately, this means I’ll have to take the rest of the year off from playing with the band. The silver lining is that I’m on track for a full recovery.
The band will still be playing all scheduled shows.
I’m looking forward to recovering so I can get back out there with the guys.
Thanks so much for the love and support.
Joe
Wishing Joe from Fall Out Boy a speedy recovery đ¤
The band is slated for festival appearances across the globe throughout the summer months, with notable stops in Minneapolis for Minnesota Yacht Club and in Ocean City, Maryland for Oceans Calling.
It is unknown at press time who will be replacing Trohman on guitar.

Dave Grohl, architect of the Foo Fighters, has released their latest track, “Today’s Song”. The track is the band’s first release since 2023’s But Here We Are, which featured the likes of “Under You” and “Rescued”. On “Today’s Song”, Grohl writes:
I woke today screaming for change I knew that I must So, here lies a shadow Ashes to ashes Dust into dust
You know that nothing can prepare you Donât let this cruel world compare you Waiting for someone to repair you
Two sides to a river Too troubled to cross It might take you under Todayâs song Weâll drown in the middle Which side are you on One Way or Another Todayâs song
It may take a lifetime to find you It may take a lifetime to unwind you Praying thereâs some way to remind you
In a letter on the Foo Fighters website, Grohl wrote extensively about the band’s 30th anniversary and the meaning behind Today’s Song, writing, “For anyone who has ever glanced behind our tattered, flannel curtain, you will surely find the same familiar faces that have been driving this convoy for decades. These are relationships that go far beyond the stage, with the music being only one element of our bond. Friendships that predate the inception of this little experiment we embarked upon starting at that Thanksgiving dinner in my haunted house, back when wheatgrass shots were cool and before television became an overcrowded buffet of streaming services. Without their support and guidance over the years, we surely would not be celebrating this milestone anniversary with you today. We have been blessed with this little tribe, bound by love. We thank every single one of them, and they know who they are.”
Grohl closed his letter on the website by writing, “It has been 30 years since I sat beside Nate Mendel with my hands on that Ouija board (and the last time I ever touched one) but I now realize that there was no way to predict what was to become of our lives that night. And just as I was that stormy Thanksgiving evening in 1994, I am still grateful for life, love, music, and the mystery of where this path may lead us next.”
