Woman swallows AirPod by mistake: thought it was ibuprofen

A woman in Boston is sharing a warning — don’t store your ibuprofen in the same container that hold your AirPods.

While not paying 100% attention, she downed what she thought was a painkiller with a bottle of water. It turned out to be — not a painkiller.

The video was shared on TikTok this month by user Carli B (@iamcarliiib), who also shared a few follow up videos — including an apparent voice memo she recorded while the Apple product was, ummm…..in transit inside her body?

This isn’t the first story we’ve shared about eating AirPods. So — let’s see if we can avoid anymore repeats, shall we? [Video Below: WARNING, NSFW Language]

@iamcarliiib

For ✨educational✨ purposes heres what happened when I mixed up my #airpod and an ibuprofen. Here to share awareness #LevisMusicProject #fyp

GQ interviewed Dennis Rodman

Dennis Rodman is a basketball legend for all the right, and wrong reasons. Here in Chicago, he will forever be remembered for helping MJ and Scottie win 3 more titles, insane parties, and that one awesome billboard (you know the one.) The Worm was recently interviewed by GQ, check it out below. I can’t believe he is 60(!)

Brian, Ali, & Justin thank you for participating in the inaugural ‘God Bless the Gravy’ food drive

On behalf of everyone at Brian, Ali, & Justin, we cannot thank you enough for the contributions made to the first annual God Bless the Gravy food drive for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Because of the generosity shown by you, we raised over $10,000 to Chicagoland families in need, which means over 30,000 meals will be provided thanks to this food drive.

When we say we’re one big, dysfunctional family, we mean it. We’ve made forever memories during this food drive. We cannot thank each and every one of you enough for opening your wallets and helping Chicagoland through this strenuous time.

Brian, Ali, & Justin wish Chicagoland a safe and happy Thanksgiving and GOD BLESS THE GRAVY!

The limited edition holiday Budweiser beer cans are here, you won’t believe who is on it!

It’s a doggo!!! In Budweiser’s first-ever “Pupweiser contest,” the winner got front and center on the Bud holiday cans. Ladies and Gentlemen, feast your eyes on the goodest boy, Wilson, a Saint Bernard from Ohio. The Clydesdales, and a Dalmatian will also be featured this year. If you want your pup on a can, they’re already searching for next year’s dog. Use the hashtag #pupweisercontest and hopefully your dog is as cute as Wilson! Such-a-good-bay-beeeeee-boiiii!!!

This kid ran his own business, in high school!

16-year-old Cameron Tucker, was giving haircuts in the school bathroom in Detroit, to his friends until he got suspended. Now, people are calling him an entrepreneur. He learned over the summer how to cut hair when his cousin needed a trim. Now he makes a little cash by cutting his friends’ hair and saves money by doing his own. He says he was in the wrong place, and wrong time cutting hair at the school. But now, he’s been in contact with local barbershop owner, Sebastian Jackson, who cuts everyone from Jalen Rose to Reggie Bush, and has been offered an apprenticeship. See, there are happy endings! Keep hustling Cameron!

Check these out- awkward vintage photos of Hollywood actresses posing with turkeys

They don’t exactly look like the real pilgrims from 1621, but they’re trying to stick with that theme. Here are some vintage shots of actresses posing with turkeys. A lot of them fall into the cringe category. It’s beautiful women holding giant rifles in tiny dresses and ballet shoes, or even better, riding the turkey! For some reason, it just doesn’t seem right. But back then, no on questioned it- they had real problems! We’re not hating, just remembering so that nothing like this ever happens again. Enjoy and happy Thanksgiving!

Mary Doran

OK, ok, this actress is riding the turkey. Perfectly normal, nothing to see here.

Marilyn Monroe

But seriously, I always go hunting for turkeys in fishnets and tap shoes.

The Pam and Tommy Teaser is here!

This already looks stellar. The flick is based on the real life scandal that happened after a famous couple in love, Tommy Lee and Pam Anderson, created a sex tape… the rest is history. Lily James, Sebastian Stan, and Seth Rogen all star in “Pam and Tommy” that premieres February 2nd, on Hulu.

Jogger rescues pets from burning home!

A man running by a house saw that smoke was billowing out of it. He tried to get inside by ringing the doorbell, and no one was home… except the animals. The man was able to talk to the home owner through the doorbell even though they were gone. Then the homeowner’s gave the man their security code to get into the house and get the animals out. There were two dogs, a rabbit and a cat all stuck in the house breathing in the smoke. The jogger saved their fur babies and their house! He even had to go in two times to get all of them! Hew anted nothing in return; he was just happy that he could do a good deed.

Wyclef Jean dropped the CEO of Land Rover from his shoulders at a party

Why the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover and Wyclef Jean are hanging out, literally, is not the biggest question here. How did he get on Wyclef’s shoulders? Who was supposed to be watching him?! Wyclef seems to be in control, until the dismount which the CEO did NOT stick. Apparently there was a leadership summit for Range Rover executives earlier this week. They made speeches, then partied like it was 1999. Wyclef performed then joined in on the fun. Well, it was fun until the “incident.” Maybe next time don’t hop on the talent’s shoulders, Dale.

When should you nap?!

Ina 2017 study, for the National Safety Council , they found that 2/3 of people feel tired at work. 53% feel less productive, and 44% have trouble focusing. Y’all needs some naps! But a lot of people who take a schnooze in the midday and wakeup feeling more tired, or worse, you wakeup not knowing what day it is- guilty! So how do you when and how to get some Z’s to give you some energy. This may seem backwards, but most people should just be taking “power naps.” All you need is 20-30 minutes of sleep so that your brain stays in those early stages of sleep. If you get into a deep sleep stage by staying asleep longer during your nap, your nighttime sleep will most likely be affected since you’re throwing your rhythm off. Try to get into sleep mode in the afternoon right away by finding a darker place, and hopefully it’s between 1pm-3pm, that’s the money window. This has been proven to be the best time your siesta. Naps can support your mental health and raise your immunity so get sleeping!
