Jack White crashed the stage to introduce Beck at a show last night, but instead of intro-ing him, he impersonated the man by playing one of Beck’s biggest hits….I Get Knocked Down, before going in to that “I would walk 500 miles” song that gets stuck in your head at the mere mention of it. Thankfully before White could get in any other earworms from the 90s, Beck jumped on stage and took the mic. Southside residents praying for relief from high gas prices got free gas!
With unleaded gas at almost $5.00 a gallon, people are struggling just to get to work. Some had their prayers answered yesterday when Pastor Kenyatta Smith organized a gas giveaway Sunday through Another Chance Church. Cars lined up around the block for hours. Many in line were in desperate need of the help. Each driver got $50 worth of gas put in their tank. From 3-6pm they gave away over $24,000 worth of gas to 350 drivers.

Our beloved Maury is being canceled after over 30 years on TV
