A man in Oakland Park, Florida has been arrested for violently swinging his samurai sword at a jogger. 

The samurai sword swinging freak was reportedly angry because he thought “he had the rights to a heavy-duty dump cart in a bulk trash pile he had been perusing.”

Hey, we’ve all been there.

The difference is most of us (most, not all) have not decided to swing a sword in our neighbor’s face over the issue. Then again, most of us don’t have Florida-brain.
