Bears deny raid at Halas Hall after day of chaos, resignation

The Chicago Bears are having trouble both on and off the field. Yesterday, it was announced that defensive coordinator Alan Williams had resigned from his position. A social media firestorm immediately followed, with reports that both the home of Williams and Halas Hall had been raided by federal agents. This story was first reported by Jon Zaghloul.

The Bears have since come out and denied all allegations outside of Williams simply resigning. Williams retained representation from Andrew M. Stroth, a Chicago-based sports attorney who’s worked with the Bears in past situations
