A year into the pandemic when our eyes were forced to look at screens more than ever before, 10% of Americans noted that they are now “constantly” online. According to a recent study, it’s people over the age of 30 that are fueling the digital addiction. 31% of adults in America are now online constantly with 48% checking in multiple times throughout the day.
