A couple at Bucktown’s Club Lucky left a monstrous tip on Valentine’s Day. Server Eddie Cruz was cleaning up their table when he glanced down at the receipt and did a double-take. The couple had left a $2,000 tip.
The couple had wished to remain anonymous but Club Lucky staff noted that they come to the restaurant every year on Valentine’s Day and prefer to sit in the same spot, as their first date was there 20 years ago.
