Next year’s ‘Treehouse of Horror’ will be Simpsons episode number 666

As we get ready for the Simpsons’ “Treehouse of Horror XXIX” on Sunday, it’s worth noting that next year’s installment will be the series’ 666th episode. That’s next-level Halloween synergy, folks.

This years installment includes Homer in an oyster-eating contest against the mythical Cthulhu. Cant wait.
