Back in 2015, Dave Grohl broke his leg in Sweden after falling off the stage.
As the band made its return to Ullevi Stadium in Gothenberg, the crowd gasped at what they thought was a repeat injury. A fake Grohl ran onstage, then out to the catwalk, where he slipped and went tumbling to the ground. It turned out to be a stunt double, who was quickly replaced on stage by the real Grohl. No need to make fans panic, after all.
