Bad neighbors suck. Trent Reznor is dealing with a problem neighbor and now has a restraining order against Nader Afshar that will keep him at least 10 yards away from Trent, his family and any employees at his home.

Trent said “there have been a series of escalating and increasingly hostile, threatening, irrational and harassing encounters” between him and Afshar. Including “erratically raced his black Mustang around our cul-de-sac at high speeds, revving his engine, and saying Satan’s going to get me.” Trent has also encountered the man “half-dressed, apparently intoxicated, wearing a Santa hat.” But, it sounds like what pushed him to get a restraining order was a fight with his neighbor about where Trent puts his trash cans.
