Chicago in the winter is a magical place.

Just kidding, it is almost unbearable. And that is no thanks to the jerks who put their property on the street to call dibs on a parking spot.

This Karen considers dibs to be one of the most sacred rules in the world.

I hope she never finds a parking spot again.
