Mental health affects everyone, and you can make a difference. In the U.S., suicide is the 11th leading cause of death. In Illinois, it’s the 3rd leading cause of death for ages 10-34. By raising awareness, we can help bring hope to those affected and save lives.
Join Lauren O’Neil and the Q101 promo team at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Out of the Darkness Chicagoland Walk on Saturday, September 27th, at Montrose Harbor.
Stop by the Q101 tent and say hello! Lauren will be there from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

We’re continuing our Thursday Night Football Club, brought to you by Q101 and Circa Sports IL!
Join the Q101 crew at Old Town Pour House in Oak Brook, located at 8 Oakbrook Center on Thursday, October 2nd.
