Two of my favorites below.

Cheesies
On the road since:  2011
Find it: Follow @Cheesies_Truck on Twitter.
Order this: The Frenchie: American cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, classic thick cut french fries, bacon and chives on sour dough bread. DIPPING SAUCE – SOUR CREAM $7.49. I’ve also ordered (truck menu only) Tender Tots: cheese, bacon, chicken tenders, tatar tots + ranch. $8.99 (perfect to share between 3 to 4 people at a concert)

5411 Empanadas
On the road since: 2011
Find it: Follow @5411empanadas on Twitter.
Order this: This truck’s Argentinean baked empanadas proved so popular that it now has three permanent locations. Favorite flavors include bacon, dates and goat cheese, spinach and cheese, and malbec beef ($2.75 each). Add hot sauce or chimichurri for 50 cents.
