Get Ready for the 2020 Election

Do you remember the 2016 Election? Did you vote? Did you stay up to watch the results, or were you like me and fell asleep watching the news? :/

Every four years, we have the privilege to cast our vote as part of this democratic society. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by to exercise your civic duty and be part of the process. Here are TEN REASONS YOU SHOULD VOTE in the 2020 election!

1. If you don’t vote for your interests, who will?
2. If you don’t vote, you can’t complain!
3. The world is run by the people who show up.
4. Voting is a right that generations of Americans have struggled and fought to earn.
5. Vote for our future generations.
6. Healthcare, public safety, social security… our expressways… are all affected by who’s in office.
7. It’s not just about POTUS. Vote for local judges, state reps/senators and school superintendents.
8. Some elections are decided by less than 1000 votes. You can make a difference.
9. Get your cool “I Voted” sticker!
10. Don’t think it matters now? How about four years from now?
