Q101's The Lounge is located at the Q101 studios: 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Dr, Suite #600, Chicago, IL 60611

We recommend reserving a parking spot ahead of time at one of the nearby parking garages/lots and giving yourself extra time to locate your lot and walk over.

No early admittance. HOWEVER, if you do show up a little early, no worries! NBC Tower has a coffee shop in the lobby, so you can hang out, grab a coffee, and relax until check‑in opens!

Seating is provided for The Lounge. Some sessions may be standing room only.

Only purse‑sized bags and smaller are permitted inside the performance space. Please leave larger bags at home. Larger bags (backpacks, duffel bags, etc.) will NOT be allowed onto the studio floor.

No. We do not provide autographs from the band. Meet and Greet photos will be provided by Q101 from Q101.com.

Lounge events typically last about one hour, but timing may vary depending on that specific performance and band’s schedule.

We ask that you put your phones away and enjoy the intimate performance. Meet and Greet photos will be provided by Q101 and a video of the performance will be posted onto YouTube for you to enjoy in the future.

Usually, a meet and greet photo session will take place after the performance where you will get to meet the band.
