In the beginning of the pandemic, you couldn’t find a bag of flour (or a roll of toilet paper) on any grocery shelf. Here we are, 10 months later and most people are absolutely over it, the excitement of baking your own bread has been replaced with the excitement of doing ANYTHING (or nothing) else.
