With Illinois officially reopened and many other states in the same position, employers are now struggling to get their employees physically back in the office. This country has seen a wave of resignations like never before. 2.7% of employees have thrown their bosses a peace sign and the primary cause is that they no longer want to work anywhere but home. An idea that seemed so archaic a year ago is now common.
