UPDATE: $120K banana….is probably worthless now.

We have breaking banana news.  (And that’s a phrase I never thought I would type…)

A piece of art that sold for $120,000 earlier this week — AKA, a banana taped to a art gallery wall — is probably NOT worth that much anymore.  That’s because while on display Saturday afternoon, a man from New York took it down….and took a bite.

I’d like to buy that man a prize.  Maybe a bunch of bananas…  — [eric]
