A slice a day may just keep the doctor away!

Some researchers in Italy say that Pizza could be a lot more beneficial to your health than you’d think.

Apparently pizza can help prevent certain types of cancer. And the answer is all in the tomato sauce.

There are certain antioxidants within pizza sauce that prevent oesophageal cancer by over 50 percent,  colon cancer by 26 percent, and mouth cancer by 34 percent!

Doctors warn, however, that you probably shouldn’t drastically change up your diet to pizza only because it is still very high in saturated fat, sodium, and calories.
