Medical privacy is important, but this is still silly. A Long Island, NY man is suing CVS because a pharmacy technician revealed to the man’s wife that he had a prescription for Viagra which is used to prevent erectile dysfunction. The wife was calling about a separate prescription of her own, when the technician told her about her husband’s prescription.
The man is claiming the prescription has damaged his marriage.
