We got the news today that Prince thought he was taking Vicodin when he died of an accidental overdose of fentanyl, almost 50 times stronger.
His estate shared a previously unreleased 1984 studio version of Nothing Compares 2 U including previously unseen rehearsal footage of Prince & The Revolution from the summer of 84.
A seven-inch vinyl single will also be released May 25th, while a limited-edition picture disc will be available exclusively through the Prince “HtNRun” online store.
