‘Rick & Morty’ the demented animated tales of multi-dimensional grandfather and his awkward teenage grandson on Adult Swim has quickly become one of the funniest shows in TV, so it’s refreshing to see the show’s lead writer and creator Dan Harmon revealed as a writer for re-shoots for Marvel’s upcoming magical ‘Dr. Strange’. The anticipated superhero movie will see the longtime comic character in his first live action adaption played by ‘Sherlock’ actor Benedict Cumberbatch  and is due to hit theaters on November 4th, but the movie is getting comedic punch up from Harmon who also created the modern classic ‘Community’ on NBC. This strategy of bringing in comedic heavyweight to lay in some laughter to the action and adventure of Marvel movies is nothing new according to Aint It Cool News, as ‘Anchorman’ director and former ‘SNL’ writer Adam McKay added the funny to the unique ‘Ant-Man’ in 2015.

Meanwhile ‘Rick & Morty’ Season 3 is due to come out possibly in Spring 2017. You can watch Season 1 and 2 now on Hulu+. Here is a rough tease for a scene that will appear on an episode in Season 3, it was first shown to the public at the San Diego Comic Con.
