Kings Of Leon Summer Amphitheater Tour

The Kings of Leon will head out on a 31-date trek starting June 5 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, playing mostly outdoor ampitheaters. The Grammy-winning band will then hit such cities as San Diego, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Chicago and Detroit, before wrapping up the tour in Dallas on September 23. "We are stoked to get back on the road," Nathan Followill told Rolling Stone. "We've had a little break and are starting to get that itch.

Flyleaf Announces U.S. Headlining Tour

Flyleaf has announced a headlining tour of the U.S., set to kick off May 4. The band just wrapped up a trek with Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin, and is also set to launch a sold-out U.K. tour on March 22 before returning to the states. The 22-date U.S. run will include stops in Las Vegas, Seattle, Cleveland and Salt Lake City before wrapping up in Mountain View, California, on June 6. Fair to Midland and10 Years will offer support as opening acts.

Liam Gallagher Defends BRIT Awards Snub

Liam Gallagher is speaking out on his choice to leave his brother and formerOasis bandmember Noel out of his speech while accepting the award for best album of the last 30 years at the recent Brit Awards. Though the group's 1995 hit album (What's The Story) Morning Glory? was co-written by Noel, Liam claims he wanted to put the spotlight on the group's lesser-known members. Gorillaz Face Accusations Of Plagiarism

Gorillaz is facing accusations of plagiarism from reggae star Eddy Grant, who claims the band copied a keyboard section of his 1983 song, "Time Warp," in their latest hit, "Stylo." Grant claims that the section has been used without his permission and toldNME, "Damon Albarn knows in his heart of hearts -- it's unfortunate that we can't get into people's hearts -- he knows that this is a song that he's loved, in his club days."
