Run Fatboy Run is the directorial debut of Friends' star David Schwimmer. The film was shot entirely on location in London, and centers around a marathon along the Thames river. Dennis (Simon Pegg) is running the race to try to win back the respect of his ex-fiance (Thandie Newton), which he left at the alter 5 years earlier. Thandie's new boyfriend (Hank Azaria) is also running the race, and will stop at nothing to make sure Dennis is out of the picture.
While sort of predictable, this movie doesn't try to be more than it is. The movie is very funny and I would give it a slight recommendation.
