21 is a riveting, brilliantly filmed movie. Ben Campbell (Jim Sturgess) is pulled into the world of card counting when his college professor (Kevin Spacey) realizes that he has a gifted mind. Ben is reluctant to join at first, but his need for money for grad school leads him to join Prof. Rosa's team of brilliant students. Before long, Ben and the rest of the blackjack team are spending their weekends in Vegas and flying back to Boston with the house's money. It would seem they can't lose, but the head of security (Lawrence Fishburne) has other ideas.
The filming of 21 is dazzling. From the scenes of Las Vegas to the beautiful Kate Bosworth, 21 is amazing to look at. On top of all of that, it is a grippingly well told story. This is a must see.
