GINGER JORDAN is the qunitessential Chicago Girl. Even if she isn't really from Chicago. She's originally from Schaumburg. But, everyone from the suburbs always says they're from "Chicago." Plus, she lives downtown now, so that's got to count for something.

Ginger blends snark and spunk as News Anchor and Entertainment Reporter. She's a proud graduate of the University of Illinois- where she spent as much time at Time Warp Tuesday at C.O.'s as she did in broadcast journalism classes. Her stint in Chambana was followed by a jaunt to Milwaukee, which she describes as a "little Chicago." Ginger was known for her news and entertainment reports as morning show co-host on WXSS-FM. She also found time to earn a Master's degree in journalism from Marquette University because there isn't a whole lot else to do in Milwaukee. It was during this time that Ginger did something remarkably un-Chicagolike. That is, convert to a Milwaukee Brewers fan. She can still be seen running around Miller Park with a wireless microphone as the Brewers' in-stadium hostess. And she will remind you that, as of this writing, the Brewers have a better record than the Cubs.

When not on the air at Q101, Ginger can be found rocking out at concerts, obsessing over baseball, rollerblading on the lakefront and basking in the smell of the
Blommer's Chocolate Factory.
