AEMILIA SCOTT is a graduate of Columbia University in New York with a degree in History.  She is also a graduate of the Second City Conservatory and I.O. Chicago with a degree in Grab Ass.  She has performed improv and sketch comedy with Second City Theatricals, The Annoyance Theatre and I.O.’s resident improv ensemble Baby Wants Candy, and has put on her serious pants to perform with Chicago Light Opera Works and the Bailiwick Theatre.  She also writes sketch comedy for groups around the Chicago area who need a woman unafraid to slip Christianne Ammanpour the Shocker.  She is an associate editor of the online politics and culture journal Flak Magazine, where she maintains the regular podcast, Sit Down Comedy.  Her writing has recently been featured on Salon.com.  She will do your homework for you if you would just stop making fun of her in the lunchroom.
