Privacy of Children
Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Site without the supervision of their parents. Therefore, WKQX-FM strongly recommends that you do not post on any forum private information about yourself or other individuals.

How Secure is Your Information
Any unauthorized use of the Site may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
