How long do you have to be gone before you can make a triumphant return? Here's a brief version of my story.
About 8 years ago I started interning at Q101. I climbed the ladder & eventually landed on the air! My dream job! Here's the twist: Our economy is garbage, and in July, I was politely dismissed.
Here's the other twist: Four months later, they asked me to come back. I said, "OK." So here I am. Let's party. |

The only thing I want to say is THANKS!
For the past 8 years, I've had one of the best jobs in the world & I need to thank everyone for that. The listeners, the folks I've met out at shows, my family here @ Q101.. everyone! It's been amazing.
There are very few things that could force me out of this city & off of these airwaves.. a call from MTV is on that short list. I've used the word 'bittersweet' a lot lately. It's tough to leave this place, but I'm so pumped for the next phase of my life.
